Motoring Pawn operates under the strictest confidentiality standards befitting our premium clientele. This Privacy Policy details our unwavering commitment to protecting your personal information and maintaining absolute discretion in all dealings. We comply fully with POPIA while exceeding standard privacy practices.
We collect high-net-worth client information including personal identification, contact details, financial and asset information, luxury vehicle specifications and provenance, insurance and valuation documentation, and professional references. All data is handled with utmost confidentiality.
Information is obtained through private consultations in secure environments, confidential document review, specialized luxury vehicle assessments, verified third-party sources (with authorization), and secure digital channels with encryption.
Data is processed exclusively for premium loan assessment and structuring, identity and asset verification, bespoke account management, discreet payment processing, regulatory compliance (minimum disclosure), risk management, service enhancement, and confidential client communication.
Information is shared only with specialized luxury vehicle valuators (under strict NDAs), essential service providers (vetted and bound by confidentiality), regulatory authorities (minimum legally required), professional advisors (lawyers, auditors under privilege), and credit bureaus (only as required). Absolute discretion is maintained. No information is ever sold.
We employ bank-grade security including military-grade encryption, biometric access controls, segregated secure servers, 24/7 monitoring and intrusion detection, comprehensive staff NDAs and background checks, physical security at all locations, and regular independent security audits.
You retain full rights to access your information, request corrections, object to processing, request deletion (subject to legal requirements), restrict processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints. All requests handled with priority and discretion.
Data retained per legal minimums and client preferences. Premium client records maintained securely for 7 years post-relationship. After retention, data is securely destroyed with certified deletion.
