We collect personal identification data (name, ID, date of birth), contact details (address, phone, email), financial information (income, bank details, credit history), vehicle data (registration, specifications, valuation), employment details, and supporting documentation. All collection serves legitimate business purposes.
Information is obtained through direct application submissions, professional consultations, document verification processes, third-party sources (credit bureaus, valuators) with authorization, and automated website analytics.
Data is processed for application assessment and credit evaluation, identity and ownership verification, loan administration and account management, payment processing and collections, regulatory compliance and reporting, risk management and fraud prevention, service improvement and analytics, and client communication.
Information may be shared with credit reference agencies, professional service providers (IT, valuation, legal), regulatory and law enforcement authorities, professional advisors (auditors, lawyers), and business partners for complementary services (with consent). No data is sold to third parties.
We employ enterprise-grade security including encrypted data transmission and storage, multi-factor authentication systems, role-based access controls, regular security audits and penetration testing, staff training and confidentiality agreements, and physical security at all facilities.
You may access your personal information, request corrections to inaccurate data, object to certain processing activities, request deletion (subject to legal obligations), restrict processing in specific circumstances, receive data in portable format, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, and lodge complaints with the Information Regulator.
Data is retained per legal requirements and business needs. Loan records are kept for 5 years post-closure. Credit reporting data follows bureau regulations. Marketing data is retained until consent withdrawal. After retention periods, data is securely destroyed or anonymized.
Our website uses essential cookies for functionality, analytics cookies for performance monitoring, and marketing cookies (with consent) for targeted advertising. Cookie preferences are manageable via browser settings.
